MIKE SHE Hotfix 21-07-2008

The hot-fix solves the following:

• Error in License Limited Irrigation for Shallow Well source type: The applied irrigation can exceed the license volume specified in the License dfs0 file.
  - Reason: The initial calculation of Available Volume of a Shallow Well source is based on the available volume in upper layer of SZ of each grid cell in the command area. After this calculation the total available volume of the source is reduced according to the specified License volume if this option is activated, and warnings written to the print file. But then the applied volume is again calculated from the available volume of the Grid Cells - neglecting the previously calculated License limitation. Only when the source is closed due to License volume = 0, the irrigation stops.
  - Resolution: The available volume of each grid cell is now reduced proportionally to the license limitation.
